Returns for Change of Mind:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. We recommend reviewing the product description and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges for change of mind, or in cases where the wrong case size has been ordered, are accepted. Please contact our team at info@theloopcase.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs when exchanging these items.
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact our customer support team within 7 of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
Warranty for Technical Issues:
- We provide a 6 month warranty for any technical issues that arise from normal use of our products. If you encounter a technical problem within this period, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Please note that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@theloopcase.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product is not in its original condition, with associated shipping costs to the customer.
- We aim to have eligible refunds issued within 3 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
Please note that this returns policy applies to online purchases made directly from our website. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective return policy.
